These days, nothing seems to slow down Donald Trump as he eyes the Republican nomination in the 2016 race for the White House. However, Trump might have a roadblock on his hands: former “Trump University” students.

According to Politico, former attendees of the now-defunct Trump University (think “university” in the loosest terms possible) are suing the real estate mogul for fraud. In a court filing made on Feb. 19,  lawyers for both sides called Trump to the witness stand in the case.

Trump is being sued for allegedly scamming thousands of students who enrolled in his “university” — which did not grant degrees — thinking they could make a killing in the real estate market.

Trump University was founded by The Donald in May 2005 as an “online institution.” In an introduction video posted to YouTube in 2009, Trump says that the professors and experts are “hand picked” by him and that if you did not learn anything from them “you’re just not going to make it in terms of the world of success.”

The case is expected to start sometime after May 6.
